In the THIRD SESSION there were 222 Students. The FOURTH SESSION began Aug. 16th, 1875. The only vacation begins at Christmas and lasts till the 24th February, when the next half session begins. Expenses for State Students, of whom there are 132, vary through several grades from $15 per month, (the highest price ever paid,) for furnished room and table board, to $6.50 per month in the messes, with room rent free. There is mess accommodation for 100 students, and 97 lived in messes during the last half session. It is thus possible for State Students to keep the year's expenses, including books and uniform, within $110, and facilities are afforded for earning a considerable part of this by work on the farm, or in the shop. Pay Students are charged $40 for tuition and college fees, but all who have paid the tuition fee of $20 for their first half-session have after it been appointed State Students by the Faculty. Catalogues sent on application.
For appointments apply to County Superintendents of Schools, or to C. L. C. MINOR, President.
